It is hard to believe that an OG over 1100 can be achieved with only 12.5lb of fermentables. And with a bitterness ratio of 0.48 isn't it going to be a bit sweet? I guess it's worth a try!
1/5/2021 4:56:49 PMI’m new to this. This isn’t my recipe, I cloned one off of here. How can I adjust those? Brewgr calculates it for you
1/5/2021 5:35:05 PMAdjust it for what? What do you want to achieve - either start with an OG over 1100, (that's a very big beer that will require special treatment) or a beer with 12.5lb of fermentables? I don't believe both are possible in the same brew. If it's the first then you will need to increase the hops at least.
