Looking for a Malty Ale here. I have used Weyermann's Abbey Malt before with good results with base Malts of Crisp Maris otter and Crisp Extra Pale Malt, with a touch of Chocolate Malt, never used Munich Malt in this combination. Hopefully it'll work out fine with Crisp Light Crystal Malt coming in with a bit of caramel and toffee flavour, Using local hops, may change hop bill in the future to get a good balanced Ale.
