One from my own Village. May change the hop ratio, profile show a good balance, may need to be more hoppy! Will maybe up the hops on future brews. Had no Maris Otter, so used Crisp Extra Pale Malt, usually I would use 1.5 Kg each in this Grain Bill.

Neutral-ish Target for base bittering plus Uncle Larry's Hop Flowers ("Polecat" type) for flavor/aroma testing Brewed 05/13/2021 Produced 5.75 gallons @ 1.049. Final (corrected refractometer) gravity: 1.014 (~4.7% abv). Bottled with ~100 g sucrose.
