Special Instructions

Mash 1 hours. Grain in @ 60C for then up to 63C
2.
Temp up to 77C then sparge with water at same temp.
3.
Sugar, and citric acid added just before boiling point
4.
First hops inafter 20 mins of boiling next as above
5.
Yeast added at 16C SG 1.047
6.
4 days later SG 1.020
7.
Cold crashed for 4 days.
8.
Bottled on 29th Feb. SG1.010 Batch primed with 65gms Dextrose.

Very pleased with this. Has a really great malty background taste. A good colour too!
