Malte Crystal 90L = Crystal 240 da Muntons (83L) Malte Dark Crystal 160L = Crystal Dark da Muntons (160L) Strike water 34L Sparge water 1L! Water Adjustments (para agua Bioleve): Strike add 2g Gypsum (CaSo4) 3g Calcium Chloride (CaCl2H2o) Fermentar a 21.5C, 3 pacotes de M47 rehidratados em 300ml de água a 30-35C e agitar levemente por 10min.
