Used pilsen light base malt. 5 gallons fermented US05, 5 gallons fermented with Barbarian. Barbarian turned out extremely well - low bitterness, high hop flavor, creamy. Served at a neighborhood block party and even people who don't like IPAs couldn't get enough. Seems to have a broad appeal. Mashed in 2 separate batches using BIAB in a 15-gallon kettle. Combined 12.5 gallons wort back into 15-gallon kettle for boil.
