Hold 1 hour at 150
3.
Sparge with 6 gallons at 170

Collect 6.5 gallons

boil 60 min Add zeus hops
6.
at 25 min left add 2 oz lemon drop
7.
At 15 min add 1/2 tsp yeast nutrient
8.
At 10 min add 1/4 tsp irish moss
9.
at flameout add 2 oz cashmere
10.
cool to 70 and collect 5 to 5.5 gallons
11.
add us 05 ferment 10 days
12.
after 10 days let yeast off bottom and secondary 10 more days
13.
dry hop the last 5 days
