Crush: The crush looked good. Any whole grains easily broke apart when pinched. I mixed the grains with mash paddle (2 sections) to ensure an efficient crush and a good mix of grains.Mash: Mash started on target at 152 degrees. After 30 minutes I checked the grain bed for dough balls.There were no dough balls in the infusion either. Not sure if this has something to do with the crush.
