My first journey away from IPAs and into the world of Porter/Stouts. My attempt is to have a dark, medium bodied porter with mild roasty and nutty flavor with chocolate and caramel. This brew could have gone better.. the dark color made me not realize that my wort had some residual grain left from the sparge. LEARNING!! OG came to 1.063 @68? and
