This is a variant of the original recipe, as part of the 2023 Cereal Beer Competition. Beets added for colour. The suggestion is to use about 50 grams of beets per liter of beer—roughly two pounds for a five-gallon batch, or one kilogram for 20 liters. I used 75% of that.
