Mash water: (5.2 kg x 2.7) plus 3,5 = 17,5 L Sparge water: (28,7 - 17,5) plus (5.2x0,8) = 13,1 L Total: 30,6 L
This is my first batch following a recipe from this site. The start base of this recipe is not bad, taste and balance is there but it is a bit too water-ish for my taste profile. I am planing to do another batch and change the formula to increase the taste. Stored in green bottle
