Wee Woody: Jon, Nate and Tom's cabin brew, a Scottish Wee Heavy using oak-smoked wheat malt and various to-be-determined forest products. This beer is the zeroth beer in the hopefully forthcoming JoiNT series. Produced 5.25 gallons @ 1.084. Final (corrected refractometer) gravity: 1.020 (9.1% abv). Bottled with 75g sucrose.
