Special Instructions

1.
Mashed grain at 67C for one hour then up to 75C for 10 Mins
2.
Sparged with water at 77C. Then on to boil with first hops. at 50 mins second hops added
3.
Chilled to 20C and yeasted pitched with Pure Brew. SG1.054
4.
On a heat pad at 20C throughout fermentation.
5.
Munton's Garvin added as fermentation very slow. SG1.030 on 23rd Jan 2022
6.
A day later SG1.024
7.
First dry hops 27th Jan. Citra 40gms and Amarillo 20gms in bag.
8.
First dry hops out and second in 31st Jan. SG1.010 Cold crashed 10 hrs later.
