11/16/21: the recipe has change a lot and has to be rethunk. This time, I didn't get all the hops I needed so had to throw in some Hallertau I had laying around.

1.Very low tech here. Steeping the grains around 153 for an hour. Dipping them in another gallon for an hour for a sparge.
2.Get it all boiling, add extract, get boiling, follow the hop schedule, add the brown sugar @10
