All grain version of Arrowhead Red Irish Red Ale, an annual tradition for the Chiefs' playoff run. 2 Row is Root Shoot Genie, Carared is Swaen. Aiming for high color and low alcohol relative to style guidelines with high level of aromatics from late hops additions. DME brew day call to bump up OG just a bit (about 0.05.) 70 minute boil for 5,000' altitude. Irish Ale yeast in 1L starter using dark DME which will increase SRM a little.
