1st run off and sparge to make Barley Wine wort. Feed spent grains to the chickens. A yeast starter 1-2 days in advance is necessary Throughly oxygenate wort and add 1 drop (only) olive oil as yeast nutrient. Secondary fermentation for 4 weeks before kegging.
