Amendment of Golden Ale recipe - aiming to make richer/sweeter. Less Pilsner malt, bit of Torrified Wheat for head/feel. Mash at 68. Finings add at last 15 mins of boil (0.7g). OG - 1.047. FG - 1.016. ABV - 4.1%. V2.1 - rebrewed with 20ml of AMS added just before the mash. 45 mins into boil - coil added, temp dropped to 96 degrees. Put lid on when coil is added. OG - 1.046. GFG - 1.010. ABv - 4.8%.
