Special Instructions

1.
red Crystal Rye steeped in cold water for 1 hour

Then brought to boil. 600ml Raspberries and Vanilla Bean paste added and steeped for 1 hr

Sstrained and brought to boil
4.
Extracts in to fermentation tub plus hot steeped liquid.
5.
Made up to 23 lts with cold water. 24C Yeast added SG1.040
6.
Fermenting very well after 12 hours
7.
Racked after 3 days SG1.012 into barrel CO2 flushed.
8.
300gms frozen raspberries added at racking plus 38mls of liquid Vanilla Extract
9.
Cold crashed for three days
10.
Bottled . Bulk primed with 70 gm dex.
