New Coffee Stout recipe I'm trying today, I'm using Coffee malt for the first time and I'm going to add cold brew coffee to the fermenter, roughly a quart total. I have about 3/4 of an ounce of cacao nibs left over, so I'm steeping those in vodka now to add to the fermenter as well, it's probably not enough to get much chocolate flavor, but I needed to use them.

Loosely based on Mother's Brewing Winter Grind. Mash high if American Ale yeast, Lower if English Ale yeast.
