All Grain American Stout homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Crystal 90L - UK, Chocolate Malt - US, Roasted Barley - US, Lactose - Milk Sugar - US, Willamette Hops, Wyeast Irish Ale 1084 Homebrew Yeast, cacao nibs (7 days), Whirflock, Yeast Nutrient.
6% - Lactose - Milk Sugar - US

2nd batch and this one is even better, used a water filter and added some gypsum and it seemed to make it even better to me. It is getting better as it ages as well

Smooth, even very young. Thicker mouthfeel with a nice chocolate sweet taste! My favorite stout! Everyone that tries it says it is excellent. Some even said its the best beer they have ever had.

10/14/2016 9:43:45 AMIt really turns out nice, let me know what you think. Lately I have been soaking charred oak cubes in bourbon for a week or so and then adding after fermentation with the cacao nibs and really like it
