Missed mash temp was at 150 for 10 mins then brought up to 152 90 min mash. 1/2 teaspoon gypsum added to mash. 1/2 tsp gypsum added to mash. Ferment started at 66 deg

I had to do 2 batch sparges at 170. Mash tun couldnt handle sparge water volume. Pitched @ 68deg. Use hop bags in future. One reg size orange was perfect
