Added 1 pound of clover honey to the boil. Upper hop additions from 1.5 to 2 ounces

Be sure to make a yeast starter prior to pitching. Primary will be rather violent. Keep an eye on fermenters for blow off. Swap air locks after 3 days if gunned up. Aerate after cool down, around 80 degrees, add mango and aerate some more.
