Special Instructions

1.
Heat strike water to 160 degrees for mash ton heat loss
2.
Add 1/4 gallon of pur?ed fresh mango after boil cool down between 70-75 degrees, aerate and rack into primary.
3.
One pack of yeast for each 5 gallon fermentation vessel
4.
Add 1 whirlfloc tablet for 5 minute boil.
