Whirlpool hops added (1 ounce of each) when wort cooled to 200F for about 30 minutes. Then the same amount when the wort cooled to 170F for 20 minutes. Yeast used was WLP090 Super San Diego yeast. Two tablespoons of magnesium sulfate added to wort during the beginning of the boil.
Steeped 2 lbm 2-row in 6L water @ 155F for 45 min. Added this to brewpot and then steeped specialty grain @ 155F for 30 min. No sparge was done as we forgot to add room for sparge water. Lost about 0.5 Gal due to amount of hops at the bottom of brewpot.
