RO Water. Added 0.35 tsp gypsum. 0.25 tsp Calcium chloride.
Mash out @ 170F for 10 minutes
Put in Hallertau hops by mistake for 60 minute addition. Tried to recoup IBU at 15 minutes mark with some Magnum.
5% ABV
Hit a much higher efficiency this time. Did a continuous sparge from the Robobrew into the mash tun by matching mash tun discharge flow with robobrew pump flow. Yeast took 48 hours to start! Used Omega British Ale V.
Racked to secondary on 18 July. Gravity measured @ 1.004. Added 3.3 pounds of semi-thawed raspberries. Transferred to keg on 28 July.
Brew Day 20 May 18. Needed two weeks in primary to ferment. Transferred to secondary 2 June 18 and added 1.55 L of fresh watermelon juice.
Whirlpool hops added (1 ounce of each) when wort cooled to 200F for about 30 minutes. Then the same amount when the wort cooled to 170F for 20 minutes. Yeast used was WLP090 Super San Diego yeast. Two tablespoons of magnesium sulfate added to wort during the beginning of the boil.
30 minute steep at 156F. Transferred to secondary on 3 December and added 2 oz coffee and 9 oz cocoa into each fermenter. 20 liters kegged and 20 liters bottled.
This was a 10 gallon batch. Ingredients list was doubled.

Brew session on 30 Sep with Mike, Ross, Andrew, Joe, Dave, Tyler, Jeff, and Rachel.
Steeped 2 lb 2-row and also added 15 lb LME vice 14 as we plan on going all grain for future brews.
Steeped 2 lbm 2-row in 6L water @ 155F for 45 min. Added this to brewpot and then steeped specialty grain @ 155F for 30 min. No sparge was done as we forgot to add room for sparge water. Lost about 0.5 Gal due to amount of hops at the bottom of brewpot.
