Tasting Notes (1)

Feathered-Prop-Brewing-Company

Tasted on 4/12/2016 by Feathered-Prop-Brewing-Company

Notes:

This beer was kegged at 130 psi for 24 hours, then the CO2 pressure was reduced to 12psi for 8 days. It is a wonderfully smooth beer with incredible head! It has subtle notes of breadiness and a sweet malt flavour. There are no real hops flavours or aromas to describe and the next round of this Pale Ale deserves some more hops.
