A maltier version of my Trappist Single recipe that will ultimately serve as a starter beer for my Quad. Mixing things up and am going to try the Rochefort yeast instead of the usual Westmalle strain.
A modest Belgian beer with just Pils and a healthy amount of Abbey malt. Interested to see how the Abbey malt shines when not competing against a bunch of other specialty malts (which is the only way I've used it in the past).
Same as the original, except with slightly weaker EKG's, and therefore more of them. The way the math works out, there will be a slight uptick in IBU's, but it might not even be perceivable. I'll also add some Irish Moss for clarity this time.
