Yield - 28 bottles (500ml). 3.7 gal
Short and shoddy brew. 30 min mash, 30 min boil. Grain crush seemed off from LHBS.
Attempt of a faux-lager rauchbier with kveik yeast.
Yield was 3.44 gal. 22 x 12oz and 8 x 22oz bottles.
Yielded 19 x 12oz and 9 x 22oz bottles. 3.33 gal.
Yielded 27 x 12oz and 6 x 22oz bottles. 3.56 gal.

Stuck runoff when lifting malt pipe from unit. Didn't let drain quite long enough and ended up with slightly less than normal volume.
Everything went very smooth. Forgot to adjust for hydrometer temp so thought i had low efficiency but actually hit just about target. Attempted to whirlpool and let wort settle to get less trub in fermenter. Stirred for a minute or two. May not have been enough.
Bottled 2.9 gal and had roughly 8 oz for hydrometer reading and final sampling, so volume was pretty spot on. FG was 1.010 which was right on target.
Used 2.5 gal strike water and 3 gal sparge water. Forgot to cool down pre-boil hydrometer sample, so didn't get a valid reading at that point. Post boil OG was pretty much on target at 1.054. It was 19° outside, so decided to try to chill wort by sitting it outside covered. Wouldn't cool fast enough, so used ice bath anyway. Pitched 1 packet of US-05 yeast dry and shook to aerate/mix. Fermented using wet t-shirt/evaporation method at 70° ambient.
