OG 1.052 FG 1.011 ABV ~5.38% Apparent Attenuation 78%Mashing with about 2 gallons of water. ~.5 of a gallon of that is distilled and the rest is campden-treated tap water (same as I used in my last brew).I have ~1.25 gallons in reserve for rinsing. ~.25 of that is distilled and the rest is treated tap water.
