Mash @ 152 for 90 minutes Mash out @ 168 for 10 minutes Add roasted barley at end of mash Add Lactose @ 15 min of end boil Ferment @ 68 Tapped 12/15/19: first tasting - sweet but not cloying, can taste the hops but they're subtle. Dark Munich is a bit strong in my opinion but will be interesting to see how it ages. Munich adds that Slightly biscuit/roasted flavor which seems slightly out of place here and on first impression I would probably swap it out for something darker or in a less %. ...
