Starter: I used a starter- 2 Liters of dme at recommended amount. After one day, added an additional liter at slightly higher that amount recommended by calculator, and it overflowed! Mashed at 153 degrees with 8 Gallons for 90 minutes. Actual strike was 170 degrees, and stirred until it was lower. Water stored in liquor tank at 190 degrees (it needed to be warmer after 90 minutes but worked). Sparge turned out to be about 165 degrees/ 8 Gallons, and sparged for 60 minutes. Added additional ...
