90 min FLAME OUT and remove all hops

Measure O.G. (target 1.057-1.075)

Cover, allow to settle out trub

Counter Chill to Fermenter

PITCH YEAST @ 68-70 deg (3 packs WLP001)

YEAST NUTRIENT 1 Tbsp (due to high gravity)

PRIMARY Fermented 2 weeks
