An update of an old Dunkel Recipe, this time fermented with NovaLager. The AA% for the hops were different, so I had to tweak quantities. The Munich Light in this batch will be Weyermann Barke. The Pils is this version is Weyermann's Extra Pale Premium Pilsner. (I wasn't looking to go lighter, but it shouldn't matter much in this recipe at the quantity in question).
