Special Instructions

1.
Water chemistry: 1 tsp gypsum, 2 tsp CaCl, ½ tsp baking soda (8 gal total H2O)

Water chemistry: Add a pinch of magnesium and Kosher salt

Water chemistry: Adjust pre-grain water to a pH of 5.9.
4.
Grain temp = 67 F, 6 gal strike water @128 F

Carbonate to 2.6 volumes CO2

This reminds me of my Dunkel that brewed previously. I don’t think I could tell the difference.

    I bulk carbonated to 2.6 vol CO2 and bottled. It tasted good at this point.

    Based on the SRM, I think my LHBS gave me 60L Munich instead of Munich light.
