Kolsch is a German type of beer. The taste of Kelsch is light, malted, rather drunk, reminiscent of the camp.
Addition of herbal tea to make this a bit unique (Used 1 tsp lavender, 0.75 tsp chamomile, and 1.5 tsp crushed rainbow peppercorns). Added 3 cups boiling water and let infuse for 1 hour before adding to beer while kegging.
