Honey malt contributes light honey and sweet bready notes and increasing warm bakery flavors. Aromatic malt contributes a high degree of pronounced malty flavors and aromas to beer. Will use 2 gal of passion fruit / orange / guava nectar estimated at 1.043 SG. Combining w/3.5 gal 1.067 SG wort should yield 5 gal at 1.053 SG after boil. LOOK AT DOING A DOUBLE BATCH!
