Had my last bottle from the first batch just a week ago. It was delicious even after 10 months in the fridge. Salt was just bit more prevalent, which I liked.

Made this in May 2020, after three weeks we added 2.5 lbs rhubarb to secondary. Bottled with same amount of lactic acid in the recipe. Tasted good.
