Brewed 06/18/2022. Mash at 150F, pitch 1 packet of London ESB Ale yeast. All AW for mash, All RO water for sparge. Added 3g gypsum, 2g CaCl to mash liquor CT. 4.5G mash, 4G all RO sparge. Collected 7G work preboil.
