Mash at 152f, crisp mo, ferment around 67f for ester development
Adapted from London Amber Ale recipe but with Burton yeast and a bit of Victory Malt. This yeast will be a bit more fruity. OG was higher than expected and FG was lower than expected, so ABV is not to style. Should have mashed in the 150's for this yeast.
Bought what was available at The Grain Cellar during store closing sale. Substituted with some Golden Promise, Crystal for Cara Munich and Santiam for EK Golding hops. Used Target hops for Bittering. Other differences from ver1; Mash at 154 vs 148 and ferment at 72 vs 70, (for more yeast flavor)
