Belgian pale ale
Batch on July 15, only got 1.035 OG Batch on June 12 only got 1.036 OG (that's only 56% efficiency...WTF???)
Just using what I have on hand with some T-58. Yeast to be used in a Blonde next.
At flameout, add (optional): - Zest of ~1/4 orange - 0.1 oz coriander, crushed - 1/4 star anise, 0.1 tsp grains of paradise, or other mystery spice Note: piloncillo preferable to turbinado!
