Note: 1. Trouble transferring into fermenter - lots of hops remained in the bottom, which may affect bitterness2. dry hopped on day four.3. Red Caps
Note: included 0.5lb crystal malt alongside pilsener for darker colour. Added 1oz centennial hops at 30mins alongside 1oz Saaz at 60 and 20mins. Bottled 21/9 - 20days in the fermenter. Golden caps.

Used Pilsener grain not Carapils. Added Irish Moss post boil. Soft, citric notes - a really top-class, refreshing bew. Red caps
