I've brewed this from a Pacifico Clara Clone recipe I have; however the grain bill originally called for 6.75 lb of 6-Row. Also, this was for a 5.5 gallon recipe; I wanted to make these changes to increase the octane a bit. I haven't brewed this yet with this much 6-Row. However, the 2 times I've brewed this (once bottled, once kegged) have turned them out delicious. Using the Key Lime juice versus regular lime juice gives it a nice twist of sweet to go with the sour.
