Learned a lot from Batch#1. Efficiency = 65%. Going to reduce Batch and Boil volume to increase SG. Batch Vol=6 BBL, Boil VOL= 6.45 BBL. Also using 0.35 BBL/hr Boil Loss. Target Mash is still 154, but strike is set to 171 (actual should be 174). Same Grain Bill and order. Going to use ratio for Acid/Salt additions based on what I ended up adding before.
