Special Instructions
1.Heat Water to 160F
2.Turn Off the Burner and Line the Kettle with a Mash bag
3.Mix the grain into the water (Stir Well to break any clumps) - This is now call the mash
4.Add Cut up Mango into the Mash
5.Stabilize the Temparature at between 150 to 152 F ( if cooler, apply low heat to the mash to stabilized the Temp. if too what ad cool water while stirring and measuring the temp each time)
6.When the Mash temp is stabilized cover the kettle and let the mash rest for 75 Minutes
7.Use the down time to Sanitize your equipment
8.Mash-OUt: Begin Mash-out 60 minutes into the rest
9.When the 60 minute Saccharification rest is finished, use low heat under the kettle and heat while stirring to bring the temperature to 168 to 170
10.Resh the Mash at the above temparature for 10 minutes
11.After 10 minutes, it is time to take out the bag (NB: the bag will be very hot - be careful)
12.After back is remove place back in cleaned bucket to collect residual wort! Return and wott from the bucket into the pre-boil wort in the kettle
13.Boil the Wort for 60 minutes
14.Add Hops and any other incredient (e.g. Spices and Zest) according to the recipe
15.Use immersion Chiller to chill the wort to pitching temperature (68 to 72F) then pitch the yeast
