Boil Size= 8.5 BBL, Batch Size = 7.75 BBL, Efficiency dropped to 80%, may still be lower. Mash Temp=154-155, Strike Temp=175 (set 172), Sparge Temp= set 170 (actual 173?), Mash Thick= 1.25 qt/#. Actual Mash=154.5. Efficiency was planned for 80-82% but actually got 65%. Ended up boiling for FOREVER until reached 7 BBL post-boil volume.
