Transfer stopped at 60%-ish mark, started to have sediment included, needed to open lid on fermentation keg once too. Reading 1.020, probably still need some fermentation.- Transferred back to fermentation (floating dip tube) keg, to be served as is. Another open air contact at ...
- Put into keg fermentor equipped with floating dip, cooled overnight, pitched yeast next morning (1day from brew day)- Instead of 1oz cascade dry hop, dry hopping with 4oz cascade. Added Oct/31 (6days from brew day) using stainless mesh case into fermentation keg.- Transferred to serving keg on Nov/7 (13days from brew day)
