Invertidas quantidades de Trigo x Aveia Brassagem a 68C para baixar aprox 0,5ABV e chegar em 6% Scott Jannish para evitar hop creep fazer dry hop a 14C (levedura nao estara ativa). Apos isso fazer pasteurizacao. Brau Akademie: fazer dry hop a 21C e esperar 5 dias (comecar e terminar a refermentacao) Dica: pode usar cryo hops se for deixar mais tempo de contato com o lupulo pois nao tem a materia verde que da gramineo. Neste caso, usar metade da qtdade de lupulo em pellets Strike water 12 ...
