Light munich is Aromatic Munich 20L 120 min mash @154, mashed at 2.5 degrees over (instead of usual 4 degrees) to account for cold equipment and little head space, nailed the 154 temp. 120 minute boil, boiled first runnings for over an hour, reduced to about 1L. Total pulled was about 8 gallons. 2L starter I started 3 days prior, this shit was ready to party.
