Clean, malty Dortmunder-/Vienna-ish ale with a spectrum of German base malts, herbal/floral hops and fermented with a Kolsch yeast. Brewed 04/15/2022 Produced 5.75 gallons @ 1.0525. Final (corrected refractometer) gravity: 1.013 (~5.3% abv). Bottled 05/02/2022 with 130 g sucrose.
