A clone of my Christmas pale ale made with only Maris Otter Barley and doubled in size to final 10l. The boil time is also halved to 30 minutes and using my homegrown Fuggles hops for Bittering. Actual Yeast, Mangrove Jack Liberty Bell M36, 1/2 packet. Actual OG 1.040. Extended fermentation Bottled 29-10-22
