Special Instructions

Toast the oatmeal and flaksed wheat in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes until toasted.

Can subsitute with Wyeast 1275 Thames Valley

3 oz of american oak cubes (sanitized) medium roast added to the keg (remove after 2 months). Caution it will add to toast and roast flavors.

A L liter starter should be plenty for the 153 B yeast cells needed.
